What's my bracelet size?

Use a measuring tape and wrap it around the part of your wrist on which you plan on wearing your GentStone bracelet. See the chart below to determine your size.

What currency do you charge?

All items are charged in CANADIAN dollars and will be subject to currency exchange rates when you complete your order at checkout. Exchange rates are calculated by PayPal, Apple Pay or your credit card.

Can I make changes to my order?

You may cancel your order before your shipment has been confirmed by going to My Account then Orders. You can then enter a new order with the correct details. If your order has already been shipped, you can no longer cancel or make changes. 

Do I pay customs and taxes?

You may be subject to customs and taxes depending on your country's regulations and the receiver is responsible for paying for those duties. We're not responsible for any customs or taxes collected upon receiving your item.
